Biography

Brett Kaplan has lived on the Suncoast for 24 years and couldn’t be happier living anywhere else. He is the son of a real estate investor so his familiarity and knowledge with real estate in the Gulf Coast area makes him readily available to help you with all of your real estate requirements. Kaplan has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Telecommunication: News and most recently worked at the Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex as the Director of Media Relations and Marketing. During his time at the ice rink, Kaplan learned to utilize and take advantage of the various marketing approaches, including the most cutting edge social media. His background in marketing and media relations provide him the tools to expose your property to the widest possible range of qualified buyers. Kaplan has excelled in everything he’s done, will listen to you, and work tirelessly on your behalf. Kaplan is a licensed Florida REALTOR® and member of the Commercial Investment Division (CID).
